Like other CMS apps, Drupal's xtemplate theme supports switching site skins (as does the Chameleon theme in Drupal). Here are a couple that can be used just by being unzipped and dropped into the themes/xtemplate/ folder of a Drupal 4.4.x installation:

• Bluesolid is just a simple one color skin that I created to add to the DrupalEd and DrupalBlog distributions. See the screenshot and/or download the zip file.
• I also took a shot tonight at converting over the WordPress Rubric CSS sheet to Xtemplate. Since Xtemplate uses tables and because of the primary and secondary navigation links menus, I had to modify the layout a little to get it to work. See the screenshot and/or download the zip file.

Both of these will be included with the DrupalEd and DrupalBlog distribution packages. Still waiting to hear back from Dries on how to license the documentation I created before releasing them.

Update: I've deleted this zip file in favor of adding a packages of skins.
