I really appreciate that our library cannot get a copy of a recent issue of Open Learning: The Journal of Open and Distance Learning without charging me for it. Turns out that our library's subscription through Academic Search Premiere only covers 1999 through 18 months ago, and they cannot find a copy through ILL. If you are going to have a journal devoted to "open learning," please make sure I can at least access it through the rip off electronic databases. This just adds insult to injury.
